I also learned there is such a thing as good stress so next time I feel overwhelmed from something good, I'll know it's not a bad thing.

I liked to learn new exercises to practice mindfulness and about different outlets for stress that are available at PGCC for little to no cost

I didn’t know the term Eustress and distressed existed. I was also glad other people also felt stressed from school. It was good that I wasn’t alone

Today’s session about mental health was helpful because I learned that there are multiple techniques to manage stress. For example the 5-4-3-2-1 strategy. I also learned that there is positive stress called eustress and an example of that is working out. Good session today!

My biggest take away was the mindfulness exercise 5-4-3-2-1 as I've heard of the exercise before in different ways from social media to shows that I watch, but with it being here in today's lesson truly made me want to give it a try as I've been having more anxiety issues than stress lately and I believe it could work with both.
