This is for my second academic event that I attended this semester. I attended the Engineering Expo where seniors were able to present their capstone projects and tell other professors and students about what they've been working on all year. This was a great experience seeing all kinds of different projects from distribution substation designs to HVAC water cooling machines. Seeing all the seniors I know including other path scholars and their projects was very rewarding!
This volunteer opportunity was with Cobblestone Farms. For my last service event of the semester, I wanted to host a gardening day for Earth Day! I had a great time being able to label potted plants and plant tomatoes in the morning. This was such a fun opportunity!
This volunteer opportunity was through Theta Tau. As service chair this semester, I had the great pleasure of setting up our semesterly road cleanup. Myself and other members were able to make it out to our adopted road and clean trash around the area. This was a great event and opportunity to give back to the community!
