The End of Semester Spring 2026 meeting was a useful opportunity to reflect on my overall performance and growth. It helped reinforce what I’ve learned and highlighted areas where I can continue to improve. I found the discussion and feedback helpful, and it gave me a clearer sense of direction moving forward.
The Adulting 101 mini session was very helpful in preparing me for academic and professional responsibilities. It provided useful guidance on managing school projects, staying organized, and communicating professionally. I especially found the tips on emailing professors and maintaining professionalism valuable, as they are skills I can apply right away.
Lyrics mini session was a really interesting way to look at financial literacy from a different perspective. Instead of just talking about money in a traditional way, it used hip-hop lyrics to highlight real-life lessons about spending, saving, and building wealth. It made me realize that even in music, there are messages about budgeting, investing, and being smart with money if you really pay attention.
During the session, I learned how to find volunteer opportunities, sign up for events, and keep everything organized in one place. It made the whole process seem a lot simpler and less stressful.
One thing that stood out to me was how GivePulse isn’t just about completing requirements, but also about getting involved in things that help you grow personally. It made me think more about choosing activities that match my interests and can help build real skills like communication and teamwork.
The event was really nice, with a great mix of new and familiar faces. I enjoyed seeing all the different clubs and learning more about them.
Attending the Promise Scholarship Orientation was really helpful because it gave me a clearer idea of what resources and opportunities are available through the program. I appreciated how the presenters explained the requirements step by step, especially about maintaining GPA and completing service hours.
