I had a nice time volunteering at the GSLC. We made spring rolls, chicken, and cookies this week. I helped to clean up some of the chicken, cut up and saute mushrooms for the vegetarian spring rolls, and I fried some of the spring rolls as well. After eating, I washed a few dishes as well. The food turned out really good, and we had a great turnout this week!
I had a nice time volunteering at the Keweenaw Color Run. I was part of the clean-up crew, so I helped take some things down and move them, and I also helped set up the snack stand.
I had a nice time volunteering at the Volunteer Fair! I was part of the clean-up crew, so I helped take down tents, tables, and chairs, as well as putting stuff back into the trailer. I had a good time and I'm glad I was able to help!
I had a nice time volunteering at the Parade of Nations. I was a Pier Safety Monitor, so I was keeping watch and making sure no one was in any danger. It was fun to see all of the people and families in the community enjoying the festivities!

I had a nice time volunteering for the K-day cleanup! With other volunteers and helpers, we took down some of the tents, folded and moved all of the SDC tables and chairs, and we also emptied out all of the trash and recycling bins! When mostly everything was wrapped up, I took the last shuttle bus back to campus.
I had a nice time volunteering at K-day this year! I was stationed in the food area, where I helped restock food, water, plates, cups, and napkins, and I additionally picked up loose trash that was dropped around. It was nice to see all the organizations set up around the area, and I saw many people that I knew! Overall, it was a good time, and I'm glad I could help out!
I had a very nice time volunteering for the Fall 2026 Blood Drive! I worked at the Canteen, so I was restocking the snacks to make sure every table had an ample amount for donators to fuel up on. Overall it was a very nice experience, and I will definitely volunteer again if I get the chance.
I had a nice time preparing food at the GSLC. This time around we made baked potatoes with salad, and we prepared pudding cups for dessert! I chopped up some broccoli, prepared tables, and wiped tables after all of our guests had left. It was great to work with others to serve the community, and as a bonus I even got to take home some leftover pudding!
