A bitter-sweet meeting, as it's my last meeting with the promise scholarship. The end-of-semester meeting reviewed the program's requirements and support. I'm excited to see what the program is gifting graduates.

We went on a campus tour of UMBC with trio sss. We took the tour and got lunch on campus. After lunch we met with the trio team at UMBC. I will be transferring there in the fall, I’m thankful for being able to go with the trio team from pgcc.

Prior to starting, I was very excited for this session due to learning the correct way to leave an email and voicemail. I know how to format emails and maintain my professional image but I need to work on being clear and concise.

I registered for this event last minute, but I’m happy I did. It was nice hearing from other students about their worries about school, because they were open to finding a balance.

We went over how to add and remove registrations and impacts. And how to create our own.

This was my first time at a transfer fair it was a lot nicer than expected. I went to a few tables and talked. They even had a robot dog.

This impact is for the Trio SSS kickoff we talked about smart goals and how to complete them. Every semester my goal is to improve my time management skills. I have improved by journaling. I had to leave early, but I was able to complete one hour.

This kickoff was a nice reminder of the program and what the school has to offer, like tutoring support.

Honestly these are the best meetings because I always need a reminder of the requirements. I hope this semester is better than the fall

I really enjoy the review of the program each semester. I definitely will do better next semester.
