Volunteering at the CEO Club Marketplace was a great experience. I helped with setup, vendor coordination, and creating a welcoming vibe for attendees. It was a cool way to support student entrepreneurs, build my communication and leadership skills, and connect with motivated people on campus.

The campus cleanup project at UNCG effectively addresses environmental, community, educational, health, and sustainability impacts, with measurable metrics like waste volume, volunteer hours, and surveys on environmental awareness. The initiative not only improves the campus environment but also fosters a sense of responsibility and well-being among participants. However, further clarity on how metrics will be tracked (e.g., specific survey questions or tools) and a stronger focus on long-term behavior changes (such as recycling habits) would enhance its effectiveness. Additionally, emphasizing the connection between the cleanup and broader sustainability goals at UNCG could highlight its alignment with larger environmental initiatives.

Giving back to the community warmed my heart and helped me want to impact the world even more.

It was a great opportunity. It helped me realize that I should be more active in the community & be the change that I want to see.
