At Out the Garden, we packaged bags of food for needy families.

Backpack beginnings

On Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, me along with the rest of the e-board, packaged snacks and hygiene care bags. We then distributed them to the homeless population of downtown Greensboro.

At Second Harvest, we sorted donations of hygiene products and created boxes to send to their partners.

On December 3 as an e-board, we packaged the donations we collected from our drive into Christmas stockings to distribute to students at Sedgefield Elementary.

On 11/21, we volunteered at Out of the Garden decorating Thanksgiving cards to spread cheer to receiving families!

For this drive, I sat and collected donations on behalf of the organization. I volunteered on the 18th from 11-3, the 19th from 1-2, and the 20th from 12-3. The items collected will be put in stockings and donated to the children of Sedgefield Elementary.
