    ACLU of Florida

On Tuesday, I helped raise awareness for the Yes on Four movement. The movement's mission is passage of Amendment 4 to ensure that Floridians, not politicians, are able to decide what is best for their own lives and bodies. The passage of the amendment would repeal the current 6-week ban on abortions in Florida. This would bring the decision to legalize abortion back into the hands of the Floridian people. I raised awareness through text banking with the ACLU. I texted over 2000 registered voters and responded to their questions and concerns. Overall it was a very fulfilling experience that I would love to do again!
