I spent 3 hours helping the St. Louis Sherriffs Office make raffle baskets for their event they are holding in a week. We got together the prizes and put together the baskets for the raffle. I also helped get together some toys for my moms friends law firm, for their annual toy donation drive.
During Thanksgiving break I went to a place called Second Chance Ranch with my grandma to do a volunteer day. We hung out with the dogs, helped organize some things for the people working, and spent our time giving these saved dogs the love they need to recover.
It was a lot of fun to help the freshman get all moved in to their dorms!!
I purchased 4 boxes of cereal for zetas donation. (2 boxes =1 service hour).
I volunteered at Second Chance Ranch with my grandma over Thanksgiving break. It is a place where they take in dogs that they find in the streets, provide them with love and support and try to find them families to spend the time they have left with. I love doing work here because it really makes appreciate all that I have and especially thankful for all of my blessings especially during this time of year.
