Tala gave to Austin Disaster Relief Network
We signed in three times. We were shuffled from place to place without a plan. Transportation and waiting took up most of our time. We spent about 1/3 of our time volunteering. I understand we are all trying to do our best, but there needs to be real leadership and direction. There were far more people managing people than people volunteering which lead to chaos. I have lots of ideas on how to streamline if this is something you want help with.
