I volunteered a second night at the Trail of Lights and helped out in the information booth. There I was able to answer any questions the guests had about the trail. It was so cool being at the entrance and seeing all the smiling faces and excitement people had going into the trail.
I volunteered at the Trail of Lights as a trail guide. It was a very nice experience. I was able to see the Austin community together enjoying the lights and spending time with friends and family. I helped direct people to the trail and also met new friends.
Visiting the Austin Animal Shelter was a great experience. It is a very nice facility and I was able to learn a lot about how the process of taking in animals works. I enjoyed getting to see the animals up close and getting to tour the center. I am very excited to be part of this team!
