About
I remember volunteering in college and the woman I was assisting started crying that she couldn't believe I'd give my time
to help her. It was basic volunteering. Really, anyone could have done it. But I was the one who actually volunteered.
If you purposely volunteer, it may mean a couple of hours a week, or a few hours a month. But to the person, the caregiver
or the family member it may make a tremendous difference to them, on that day, in the season they are in.
Be intentional.
Volunteer for us.
We train, we do the orientation. But only you can volunteer and make the difference for someone.
If you can read, sing, play an old song from the 1930's on Youtube for someone that can't work a phone but
still loves music, this might be for you. :-)
