Very informative meeting, though they’re were things I already knew, I still gained many information such as that the worry I had for the little events I saw would change and increase sometime soon. As well as that the impact reviews are only expected to be around two to three sentences which I’ll try to maintain but I’ve gotten used to writing so much.
This mini-session was a recap on how to navigate the givepluse website, how to register for evens and also about how to add my school account, an create my profile.
I learned about how to put in hours on give pulse and what I need to do when I write an review on it. I also learned about how to check when my give pulse starts in the calendar. (Sorry if I didn't enter early my WiFi wasn't working at home.)
During this mini session, I was taught several ways to make sure I use givepulse right, such as by never using the app and to always make my impacts public.
In the givepulse meeting they talked about how to use givepulse. What to do like add verification, make sure put in the correct hours that you attended. And what not to do like dont use the app because it'll mess us up.
this was a really great session, Mr cruz really explained the basics well on give pulse making sure students are doing the right things when they are signing up for events and adding their hours
During this mini session, we went over how to navigate GivePulse and how to properly log our hours. We also learned about the different features on the website and where to go to submit our hours. They emphasized that we should use the GivePulse website instead of the app because it works better. we also discussed upcoming events and opportunities where we can earn more hours toward our 15 hour requirement. Overall, this session helped me better understand how to use GivePulse and how to keep track of my hours throughout the semester.
