I actually don't see the selection of date I attended with the question(Which date did you attend?) above, so I just putted the date MARCH 01, 2019, which the actual date I finished was MARCH 03, 2019. I've also uploaded the picture of an email that confirms I have successfully finished my service on MARCH 03, 2019.
