The Big Sort at Potters House Processing

We sorted the donated goods for the store; this was fun to do with the other people helping there. It was a great experience to socialize and help participate in Make a Difference Day 2025. I would consider helping out at this store again in the future.

I am very happy to have helped out today! Even though I went to the Thrift Store for the first half of the shift, I did make my way to the warehouse once I figured out I was in the wrong place. In the store, I organized some shelves and helped move a washing machine into the 'sold' section. Once I was at the warehouse, I spent most of my time breaking down the cardboard boxes and tossing them away.
