Thank you, Barbara, for today’s presentation. You gave a clear and thoughtful overview of Camillus House in Miami, and it really helped me understand the work being done there. I’m genuinely looking forward to contributing in the near future.
It was honestly a a humbling experience, Im glad I attended new volunteer orientation it taught me a lot about what the goal is and how they treat their guests.
The orientation was such a great experience. I really enjoyed learning more about the background of the organization and everything that Camillus House does for the community. The tour of the facility was also incredibly impressive. Since I work in events, I’d love to offer support in that area, but overall I’m just excited to volunteer in any way I can.
My experience was wonderful. I brought my teenage daughter with me as well and she and I were very impressed with the multitude of things that Camillus House does to support the Miami-Dade community.
