Donating food to the Phillips Ave Food Pantry Box was a truly rewarding experience. As I was placing my 12 non-perishable food items into the pantry, I was unexpectedly joined by a young boy named Jayden, who asked if he could help. Jayden, who looked to be around 12 years old, struck me with his kindness, intelligence, and respectfulness. He even shared that Spaghetti O's were his favorite, which brought a smile to my face. Meeting him not only brightened my day but also gave me a deep sense of the impact small acts of kindness can have.
