About
Care Kits & Conversations is a community service initiative focused on collecting essential hygiene products for individuals who may have limited access to these necessities. The items collected through this drive will be used to create care packages that will later be distributed to individuals and community organizations in need.
This initiative provides an opportunity for students to contribute to the community while promoting compassion, dignity, and awareness of the importance of access to basic hygiene products. We hope to encourage meaningful service and make a positive impact through both donations and volunteer participation.
Service Hour Opportunities:
• Donations: Individuals can earn service hours by donating eligible, new and unopened hygiene products to the drive.
• Volunteer Work: Organization members can earn service hours by helping monitor the donation collection bin, organizing donated items, and assisting with the preparation of care packages.
Additional information about the distribution of the care packages will be provided once community outreach has been completed.
Through Care Kits & Conversations, we hope to turn individual contributions into meaningful support for members of our community.
