NWA Detention Center Holiday Card Making

Arkansas Justice Reform Coalition/Hummingbird Project
Every year for the past 4 years, we create holiday cards for within the Washington County Detention Center and last year we added Benton County. Most of those detained have been charged, but not yet convicted, and are often too cash poor to get themselves out of jail. So during the holiday season, we handcraft these cards with a heartfelt message on one side and lots of decorations on the other. We would love for you to join us in spreading a little joy within those concrete oceans of despair!
