About

Overview:
Somewhere Fest returns to Wichita September 25–26, bringing together music, storytelling, community connection, and action. The Social Change Festival is the activation space where attendees engage with local nonprofit partners and explore this year’s theme of upward mobility through interactive experiences, meaningful stories, and opportunities to get involved.

Volunteer Opportunity:
Volunteers are needed to help bring the Social Change Festival to life. Opportunities include guest-facing roles such as helping attendees navigate the space and supporting nonprofit partners, as well as behind-the-scenes roles including setup, logistics, supply runs, and general event support.

Whether you enjoy being front-and-center or prefer working behind the scenes, the team will match volunteers with roles based on availability and preference.

As a thank-you, anyone who completes a volunteer shift will receive a free General Admission ticket to the music festival.

As a thank-you for volunteering, each volunteer will receive a General Admission ticket to Somewhere Fest, which includes access to all stages and music throughout the festival. General Admission does not include access to the VIP viewing area, VIP bar, or VIP entrance.

  • Friday volunteers can choose either a Friday or Saturday GA ticket.

Saturday volunteers will generally receive a Saturday GA ticket.
