About
Help us celebrate Memphis! Check in with us at 9 AM in the UC Ballroom for a quick breakfast and a chance to meet your site leader!
Help the kitchen staff of Room in the Inn prepare and serve meals to their guests. For your safety in our industrial kitchen, please wear close-toed shoes and long pants. If you have long hair, please bring a hair tie with you. Volunteers will also wipe-down tables and chairs, chat with guests, and experience other roles outside of the kitchen.
Your volunteer efforts help push forward their mission of
Sheltering those experiencing homelessness in a safe environment of hospitality.

They will enter the building through the main automatic doors. Everyone will need to sign in to the kiosk and get a name tag (and sign out when they finish).
