Volunteer at City of Camden Holiday Tree Lighting

Mayor Victor G. Carstarphen invites you to the City of Camden Holiday Tree Lighting and Christmas Motorcade, a night of festive cheer as we celebrate the season together.

• Saturday, December 6, 2025
• 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Motorcade Start: DPW, Haddon & Newton Ave., Camden, NJ 08103 at 4:00 PM
• Tree Lighting Ceremony: Camden Waterfront, Aquarium Loop Drive, Camden, NJ 08103 open from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

The Holiday Motorcade featuring Santa will depart at 4:00 PM and lead directly to the Tree Lighting festivities at the waterfront.

To participate in the motorcade, please register HERE Individuals who do not register will not be permitted to join.

**Volunteer Role:**

Volunteers will assist with handing out event materials, greeting community members, and wishing everyone a **Happy Holidays!**

**Attire:** 

Please wear comfortable clothing as you will be assisting with event setup and interacting with attendees.

**Arrival Details:** 

We kindly ask all volunteers to arrive between **2:00 PM – 3:00 PM** to receive your assignments. The event will begin promptly at **4:00 PM**, so please be sure to arrive **no later than 3:30 PM**.

**Parking Information:** 

Parking will be available in **Lots #7 and #8**, reserved for staff and the general public. A **VMS board** will be placed for guidance.
