Join the Sokolov Honors College in supporting the American Heart Association during the month of giving! This year, Honors has partnered with the American Heart Association in support of the Go Red for Women campaign to assist in addressing awareness and clinical care gaps of women’s greatest health threat, cardiovascular disease (CVD).

In honor of our partnership, the Sokolov Honors College has developed an apparel fundraiser including t-shirts, long sleeved t-shirts, hats, scarves, and coffee mugs. Honors students may earn anywhere between 1 and 5 volunteer hours by completing any combination of the following:

Purchase an item from the AHA apparel fundraiser (2 hours). No more than 2 hours can be earned by purchasing from the apparel sale. Additional hours CANNOT be earned by purchasing multiple products.
Share or repost the fundraiser on at least TWO social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) (2 hours).
Review the AHA website and complete this quiz to demonstrate knowledge on the American Heart Association. (1 hour)

If you purchase apparel, please upload your order confirmation number along with your hours.
If you share the fundraiser on social media, please share the link to your post or upload a screen shot of your posts when logging your hours.
If you complete the quiz, there is no need to upload. Honors will verify your completion via quiz results. Upload one hour for completion.
