It was extremely valuable to me to reflect on my experience.

Razorback Greenway Clean Up
My friends and I took trash bags to the trail right by our house and picked up trash along the way. We walked for about 1/2 a mile before we had to go back and get more trash bags, because they filled up so quickly. I was honestly shocked how much trash was in the grass and the surrounding areas. I think in the end we filled up about 3 bags of trash EACH! Now when we walk out of our house, it is gorgeous, and I am hoping to keep it that way!
I helped with the Wishes are Waiting Launch Party for the Make A Wish Foundation! It was at Theatre Squared, and I help with the social media all night. Guests got to enjoy cocktail hour, the show "A Christmas Carol" and a champagne toast and ornament exchange following. It was extremely beautiful, and I was honored to get to be a small piece of the event. Wishes are Waiting is an initiative for fulfilling Make A Wish kid's wishes that were paused due to COVID-19. The Make a Wish Foundation means a lot to me, and I thought this was one of the most impactful events yet, having people gather from the NWA area to support children with critical illnesses. We can only do it together!
I participated in the student poll this weekend after receiving the email from Student Body President, Lauren Loften! I felt inclined to do the poll because I had a class with Lauren freshman year, and am good friends with a member of ASG exec and believe in supporting friends in whatever they choose to endeavor on! I think it is important to let others know they are doing a good job, and that our voice matters!
This Saturday, I volunteered through my organization, Chi Omega, for Danyelle Musselman's Women's Basketball Clinic. I helped take videos, photos, and misc. content for social media, and helped guide local women in the clinic through the stations. I enjoyed this greatly, it is always so rewarding to spend time with the NWA community, and all of the athletes, coaches, and staff here at the U of A. I felt like I learned about myself, about U of A sports, and about the community around me. It was empowering to help women feel capable and able of doing whatever things they want!
I loved being a notetaker this semester, always a pleasure! I have a sorority deadline on December 10.
I really enjoyed being a notetaker! I have a sorority deadline, April 22nd.
