Helped steam shorts and spring collection! Just downloaded the app so I signed in and out on paper! Also checked in about hours being approved from thrift out on March 10th!

I served in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic with Cru GreekWide and Fliter of Hope over spring break. I helped for 4 days install water filters and connect with communities through sharing the gospel and hearing their stories!

I helped steam clothes on the sales floor and then sort and put back on to racks!

I helped organize the sales floor and handle put backs from the weekend by sorting by color, size and category. I loved getting to interact with customers while helping a few women shop and answer any questions they had. I love coming to Beautiful Lives and getting a break from school to work with other amazing women and be around fashion in an intentional and compassionate way!

I worked with others and helped tag and bag clothes for the spring collections! We also worked on hanging and tagging new clothes for fall/winter to later be steamed and put on the store floor. It was so fun to know I was helping women in my community while also meeting other volunteers and getting a break from busy college life!

I loved helping out at Beautiful Lives! This was my orientation session to become a regular volunteer, and I helped steam clothes, tag items, put clothes on customer floor, and learned the ways I can help in my time there! I have already booked times for next week to go back!
