Volunteers must wear close-toed shoes at all volunteer events and follow the dress code, listed in our Volunteer Handbook. Volunteers not in dress-code will not be designated hours or permitted to volunteer.

Description

The Volunteer Department has many miscellaneous tasks to complete each day to support programs, departments, agencies, and deliveries. Volunteers in this shift will assist with any role needed to provide extra support. 

Some examples of potential projects include:

  • Bagging Events
  • Building orders and stocking product on pallets
  • Processing donations/Agency Shopping Assistance
  • Moving/Stocking product
  • Setting up for events
  • Cleaning Tasks

Tasks could require standing for the duration of the event, lifting up to 35 pounds, and repetitive motions.
