  • Able to work outdoors and move equipment

  • Comfortable engaging strangers in conversations about Ghisallo’s mission and upcoming youth programming

Description

Ghisallo will set up 20 tables with two chairs each during set-up with the assistance of volunteers. Each table will be provided with 2 chairs and candy (which will also be replenished during the event).

We are asking for each station/table to be run by a minimum of two people. We encourage groups to personalize their table with games, decorations, and costumes.

Please note, as per the Austin Parks & Recreation Department, the following items are prohibited: balloons, glitter, and open flames. No sales or for-profit marketing materials allowed, unless approved ahead of event.

We'll be hosting a virtual meeting the week of October 20, 2025. Quick overview of logistics and Q&A. We encourage at least one member of each group to attend an info session, but it is not mandatory.
