About
CAP Tulsa is the largest anti-poverty agency in Oklahoma. We believe every family and every child deserves the same opportunity for success. This is achieved by empowering low-income families with the education and tools they need to break the cycle of poverty. CAP Tulsa provides the support and guidance with early childhood education and comprehensive enrichment programs for the entire family. We operate 10 Early Childhood Schools in the Tulsa Metro area.
