The Mississippi State University (MSU) AmeriCorps Tutoring Program supports undergraduate student success through targeted academic tutoring, service, and professional development. AmeriCorps Volunteers provide individualized academic support to MSU students while gaining valuable experience and training that prepares them for future careers in education and service.
In addition to tutoring and professional development, members may participate in approved community service opportunities that align with AmeriCorps guidelines. This GivePulse group provides a central location for program members to connect with service opportunities, record their community service hours, and track their engagement throughout the program.
