Three Oaks Hospice provides medical and psychosocial services to patients at end of life. Three Oaks Hospice works to ensure that all patients feel seen, heard, and valued during this challenging part of life. Volunteers visit with patients to provide companionship, socialization, and a comforting presence. Volunteer activities include reading to patients, playing music and listening to patients share their stories.
