In August 2016, the Women of Excellence (WOE) initiative for women of color was launched to enhance the college experience for ladies and it has been embraced by 100s since the beginning.
Women of Excellence (W.O.E.) aims to assist in the development of women of color through engagement in conversations and activities that address self-esteem, academics, leadership training, social and personal development. The ultimate goal of W.O.E. is to make sure each participant’s college career is filled with enriching experiences.
